A Panhandle local born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida, Sydney Ewing has a lifelong connection to the Gulf Coast. A proud graduate of Auburn University, she earned her degree in Hospitality Management with a minor in Business, blending her love for people, service, and strategy into a natural fit for real estate.
Having spent her life visiting and exploring 30A, Sydney has developed a deep appreciation for the area’s unique charm — from its sugar-white beaches and vibrant communities to the laid-back coastal lifestyle that makes it so special. Her local roots, combined with her background in hospitality, allow her to bring a warm, client-focused approach to every interaction.
